The seismic events in May 2012 put the Mondine pumping station, managed by the Consorzio di Bonifica dell’Emilia Centrale, out of operation.
The interventions, financed by the Emilia-Romagna Region, concerned the construction of the new hydraulic pumping station, where Misa carried out the electromechanical works, providing n. 12 helical electric-pumps of 4200 l/s each, for a total plant capacity
of 50,400 l/s.
