Description of works:

-  no. 3 electric-pumps with adjustable flow, each with capacity of 6000 l/s, head 2,1 m, power 200 kW
-  automatic trash rake
-  MV/LV electrical equipment for a total installed power of 1890 kVA
-  no. 1 generating set of 870 kVA
-  automation and remote control system

Pumps with adjustable blades

Each pump is equipped with the technology of adjustable blades in operation.
This solution allows to reduced flow rates up to 50/60% of the nominal capacity and to keep unchanged the head, always with excellent performance.

Particular notes

The Tessera pumpig station was designed and partially built in the 70s.
Following the flood of 2006, the completion of the same was promoted with the addition, in several lots, of the three (3) Misa pumps, which raised the total capacity of the plant to 38,5 mc/s, with the possibility to interconnect it with the Campalto plant, to help the latter in case of need.
The operation of the pumping station is subject to automatic adjustment of the blades depending on the growth of the level from the Campalto and Tessera basins.
